Moxiedns is a opensource dns hosting platform built with php/mysql. It provides a fast and efficient front end to manage domains and URL forwards within Powerdns. In 2010/2011 this project has seen a complete rewrite and is now a module for a web front end for OpenVZ.
(retired) Ubuntu Forums: ubuntuforums.org
This is a project I started back in October 2004 to fill a niche in the Ubuntu Linux market. After only a few months it became the official Ubuntu English forums and currently has over 1,7 millions users. In June 2007 I transferred over all ownership and rights of the forum to Canonical and in 2010 I stepped down as the Forum council Chairman to allow others to strive and grow the community. I still stop by to say hello every once in awhile.
